It’s the early 1800’s in Messina. Soldiers are returning from battle, and love fills the air as Claudio and Hero soon decide to wed… while at the same time, Benedick and Beatrice continue their witty sparring sessions. While some decide to trick the two into falling in love, another group of men decide to trick Claudio to stop his forthcoming marriage… yet the entire show ends well!
With dancing, singing, and mistaken identities, this comedy is one of Shakespeare’s most renown! It has been made into various films, operas, and presented successfully on Broadway winning several Tony Awards… Much Ado About Nothing is the perfect way to celebrate Valentine’s Day!

Hi Cary, Great website! Now, I can finally find all our local theater shows at a glance. “Spelling Bee” opened at Moorpark last night. I didn’t see it on your calender. I will probably be going tomorrow night and next weekend!! I’m sure you can get an interview from Ryan, before he becomes to famous! He will be attending UC Irvine this fall.

Where is spelling bee being performed ? I saw a wonderful play called push pull last summer
There are currently no productions of “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee” scheduled, but stay tuned to this page because one will certainly pop up before long.
