This is Richard Rodgers’ favorite musical and his second collaboration with Oscar Hammerstein which was named the Best Musical of the 20th century by Time Magazine. A powerful story of love and tragedy between a millworker and a Carousel barker, it hits all the right notes with songs such as “If I Loved You” and “You’ll Never Walk Alone.” To quote Rodgers: “It affects me deeply every time I see it performed.”

Hi Cary, Great website! Now, I can finally find all our local theater shows at a glance. “Spelling Bee” opened at Moorpark last night. I didn’t see it on your calender. I will probably be going tomorrow night and next weekend!! I’m sure you can get an interview from Ryan, before he becomes to famous! He will be attending UC Irvine this fall.

Where is spelling bee being performed ? I saw a wonderful play called push pull last summer
There are currently no productions of “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee” scheduled, but stay tuned to this page because one will certainly pop up before long.
