Santa Paula Theater Center will join the annual V-Day international movement to end violence against women and girls with two benefit performances of Eve Ensler’s award winning play The Vagina Monologues on Thursday February 18, and Sunday February 21. Performances will start at 7:30 p.m. on both nights. Thursday night will feature a special “pay-what-you-can” admission price, and on Sunday, admission is $20. All proceeds will benefit The Coalition for Family Harmony, a Ventura County-based organization that provides services to assist survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and child abuse. Presented in the intimate Backstage@ SPTC alternative acting space, this V-Day production of The Vagina Monologues features actresses who regularly perform throughout the Four Star Theater Alliance theaters in Ventura County, including Christine Burke, Loni Kate English, Donna Gross, Anna Kotula, Vivien Latham, Linda MacNeal, Sindy McKay, Maranda Mobley, Tammy Mora, Leslie Nichols, and Kimberly Rogers Peters. Jill Dolan is directing and co-producing with Leslie Nichols and Loni Kate English.
